You won't believe how great this icecream is – in fact, we've yet to taste a better home ice cream recipe! Forget about Peters ice cream or Woolworths ice cream; this recipe will leave their ice creams far behind!
A great one to make with children (our own little ones are amazed to have an "ice cream factory" at home)! Watch out though – the neighbourhood kids will soon be telling everyone that your house has the best ice cream, and you may have more healthy little visitors than you know what to do with!
Serves: 1-2 | Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
2 cups frozen banana slices
4 tbsp Gut-Feeling
1/2 cup canned coconut cream
1 tsp rice malt syrup
Handful of cacao nibs
Optional for a sweeter more intense version add
1tbs Honey or maple or rice malt syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
*popstick optional & may require refreezing
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Top with cacao nibs and your favourite toppings
