SECTION 1A - AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

 We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

We ship Australian orders via Australia Post from our warehouses in Melbourne.

 Plant Science has Standard (2-5 days) and Express (1-2 days) shipping options (click the small arrow button to see express prices when choosing postage at checkout).

All Australian orders over $200 receive free shipping, which is automatically calculated at checkout.

If you have special delivery instructions you can sign up to a MyPost Account with Australia Post and make changes to your deliveries.

Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-2 business day processing time.

SECTION 2 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

If you live outside of Australia and would like to order as a retail or wholesale customer, please use the contact box on our website and let us know and where you are from. We will send you a delivery cost and if you agree, an invoice.

 Do not order through the website.

We have a 2-3 business day handling time on processing and shipping all international orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).  We ship with DHL, a fast and reliable shipping service.
