Delicious and tasty gut health snack. Enjoy these gooey, chewy, melt-in-your mouth vegan protein balls that are high in fibre and prebiotics. Perfect for a mid-morning, afternoon or before bed snack and helps support probiotic gut health.

12 Medjool dates, pitted
½ cup Gut-Feeling
¼ cup oats
¼ cup peanut or almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp water
Combine the dates, Gut-Feeling, peanut or almond butter, vanilla extract and sea salt into a food processor. Blitz until crumbly.
Add in the water and continue to process until you end up with a sticky mixture.
Coat in your favourite toppings if desired and enjoy. Store in an air-tight container or jar at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the fridge for 2 weeks.
