Serves: 1 | Time: 20 minutes
1 cup quick oats (we recommend gluten-free or organic oats)
1 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp Plant Science Gut Feeling
1 mashed banana
1 cup water
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Combine all ingredients except the cacao nibs into a saucepan and simmer on medium until thickened.
Pour into a bowl and add on fresh berried, cacao nibs or your favourite toppings. Enjoy.
